Position Overview
This role involves a position within the Hydraulics team, contributing to sustainability efforts and new technology advancements.
The Mechanical Engineer will be part of a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment, learning multiple new skills for personal development .
Job Responsibilities
Participate in receiving and tracking of multiple projects assigned by the engineering team
leader.
Design, detailing, research, supplier collaboration, and cost analysis for hydraulics projects.
Participate in team collaboration meetings to identify workload priorities, changes in work requirements, updates to standards, and customer needs.
Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (FIRM)
2-4 years experience
Internships will be counted.
No Master’s degrees.
Technical Skills Required
Minimum 1 year of hydraulics experience
CAD software experience (preferably CREO) solid works
Print Reading
Manufacturing experience.
Technical Skills Desired
3+ years hydraulics experience.
Soft Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving and critical thinking
Good organizational and time management skills.
