Fenix Parts is one of the nations leading recyclers and resellers of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products.

The Fenix companies have been in business more than 25 years and currently operate from 27 locations throughout the U.S.

Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems reclaimed from damaged and totaled vehicles.

Job Snapshot :

  • Inventory specialists will be responsible for recording and inventorying usable parts from vehicles while submitting applicable descriptive notes.
  • Our inventory specialist will receive incoming vehicles to be placed in our salvage yard.
  • Will be required to de-garbage new arrivals prior to inventory.
  • Will be responsible for evaluating current parts stock.
  • Inventory specialists are in charge of analyzing parts for damage and recording current condition.
  • Reviews the purchase information for each vehicle, and ensures that each vehicle for inventory is properly inventoried
  • Will be assisting with various warehouse tasks including inventory audits.
  • Will also be in charge of communicating with different departments including our dismantling, parts pulling and buying teams.

Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have knowledge of vehicles, automotive parts and components.
  • Must have basic computer skills including the use of tablets, MS Office with the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Body shop experience a plus.
  • Must be able to work outdoors and have the ability to stand / walk for the majority of your shift.
  • Must be a strong communicator, self-motivated, able to collaborate with a team while also acting independently and possessing critical thinking skills.
  • Must have an eye for detail and the ability to treat our vehicles and parts as an asset with a focus on damage prevention.
