We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality service and knowledge to our customers in a variety of areas, including but not limited to : order entry, product information and recommendations, availability, billing and other queries
  • Utilize and reference our programs and data bases pertaining to order processing, returns, and ecommerce
  • Maintain a direct relationship with both retailers and consumers via phone and email
  • Professionally address all incoming requests promptly and thoroughly
  • Collaborate daily with other internal departments such as Marketing, Research & Development, Accounting, Warehouse and Operations
  • Maintain customer accounts (account notes, pricing, contact information and addresses)
  • Accurately and efficiently gather information to fulfill both customer and business needs

Requirements :

  • Highly developed customer service skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in any setting, with a positive and pleasant attitude
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Gain a strong knowledge of products and procedures in each brand category
  • Detail oriented and organized with strong documentation skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed, dependent upon seasonal workload
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
  • Basic computer and program skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in customer service or front desk position is requested, but not required.
