Required Education and Experience
High School degree or equivalent

Two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Supervisory Responsibility
Oversees operations of the Facility including but not limited to staff distribution, staff responsibility, Risk Management / Incident report completion.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full Time : Full time 37.5 hours per week : Schedule will include weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. 12 hour shifts.
Must be able to flex hours and work overtime as needed.
Essential Functions
- This position, functions as an overseer of safety and wellbeing of the residents that reside at Hazelwood and Bingham Gardens through enhanced monitoring.
- Ensure there is adequate staff coverage for the facility.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of clients by making rounds across the facilities and maintain high visibility in the homes and work areas of clients and staff.
- Provide observation, interaction, and support for staff to ensure they are alert and conducting client care in a professional, caring, and compassionate manner.
- Complete and distribute appropriate documentation, including but not limited to facility coverage and Enrichment center assignments.
- Take immediate action regarding any issue found.
- Work with other departments to assist with getting necessary materials, information or documents that may be needed.
- Ensures the overtime staff roster is maintained and updated daily.
- Review and report all incidents in the facility.
- Collaborate with the Facility Director’s Office and the AOD on reporting incidents.
