Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position that is scheduled to work Monday through Friday from 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM. This position is remote however;

individuals will be required to work in office a couple times / month. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Contract Manager to :

  • Manage sourcing and contracting initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Review and l everage internal and external contracts to ensure effective contract compliance, cost savings, and responsive communication and customer service.
  • Assemble and present business cases that include data analysis, supplier capabilities / differentiation, market data, and business requirements to key stakeholders and leadership.

Education :

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field. Four years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to the experience below.

Preferred - Master's Degree

Minimum -

  • Four (4) years of progressive experience in category management of product and / or services portfolio, market analysis, contract analysis, contract negotiation and financial analysis.
  • Two (2) years of experience with sophisticated materials management information systems software (preferably an ERP system).

Preferred - Category management in a healthcare setting

Licenses and Certifications :

Preferred -

  • CPSM - Certified Professional in Supply Management
  • CMRP- Certified Materials & Resource Professional
