What youll be doing

  • Own every step of the project process pre-construction through to completion
  • Prepare cost analysis, cost estimation, budget preparation and implementation
  • Act as the linchpin between internal teams, customers and vendors
  • Ensure all documentation, paperwork and permits are updated and accurate

    • Requirements

  • 5 years of management in commercial roofing
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems
  • Proficient with software tools - EDGE, Procore, Xactimate etc.
  • Able to analyze cost data, create forecasts and analyze technical drawings and data
