Responsibilities
Supervise Daily Operations : Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the body shop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Customer Engagement : Interact with customers to understand their repair needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the repair process.
Quality Control : Maintain high standards of quality workmanship, inspect finished repairs to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.
Team Leadership : Provide guidance and support to body shop technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Requirement
Automotive Experience : Prior experience in body shop operations or automotive repair is preferred.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving common objectives.
