Description
RESPONSIBLITIES
Assess financial reports for individual clients or products and monitor overages and errors
Communicates with account and project management team to ensure that estimates and transfers are within the agreed client budgets
Creates and accurately bill invoices to clients monthly
Schedules and chairs Monthly Billing Meetings for their account / brand
Organizes and extracts data from Agresso for individual clients / products
Accountable for ongoing Pulse and Agresso amendments
Approves job estimates and transfers
Creates purchase orders for jobs
Opens and closes jobs at project manager’s request
Identifies discrepancies, overages, or errors
Performs ad hoc or administrative tasks as assigned by manager
IDEAL EXPERIENCE / CANDIDATE
BS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)
Financial, Advertising or Service industry experience (preferred)
Comprehension of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Candidate should be comfortable performing the same tasks routinely while maintaining a quality standard of work
