About Our Client :

Addison Group is partnering with a dynamic client looking for a dedicated Licensing Specialist to support their licensing needs in a fast-paced environment.

The Licensing Specialist will act as the main point of contact for jurisdictions and field personnel concerning license renewals and payments, overseeing the entire licensing process and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely resolutions.

Job Description :

The Licensing Specialist is responsible for managing the complete licensing process, analyzing laws and regulations, collaborating with stakeholders, and using web-based applications to maintain accurate licensing records.

They will generate reports, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance across all operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Franchisees and Corporate Operations for license applications.
  • Manage and maintain licensing records through web-based systems.
  • Produce reports to monitor critical data and deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding application statuses.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in licensing, research, legal / paralegal work, or administrative roles.
  • Experience managing high volumes of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Smart Sheets a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills for document and data review.
