Summary : Seeking a CNC Programmer with strong MasterCam experience for multi-axis CNC code development and machining component manufacturing.
Requirements :
5 years of MasterCam programming experience for complex components and tooling based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of 3, 4, and 5-axis machining methods; full 5-axis programming is a plus, but not required.
Proficiency in the design of cutting tools and fixture design.
Experience in guiding engineering teams with design for manufacturing practices.
Solid understanding of drawing GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Capability to set up tools and fixtures, run CNC code, and operate a 4-axis machine center with Fanuc 31i control.
Proficient in cutting materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium.
Skilled in using precision measuring tools.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with Vericut simulation software and Mazatrol control language is advantageous.
CAD modeling skills for creating fixtures and tool designs are desirable.
Demonstrated ability to develop manufacturing processes for complex part machining.
Responsibilities :
Set up, operate, and manufacture components using CNC machinery.
Develop multi-axis CNC code for machining intricate cast and billet components as well as related tooling / fixtures.
Lead the implementation of continuous improvement efforts within the machining workflow.
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure manufacturability of designs.
Additional Information :
This position offers a relocation package if necessary.

Pay : 25-40
Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
