This opportunity is with a well-established organization in the construction services industry that specializes in mission critical construction projects. Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure efficient workflows. Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure safety protocols and compliance standards are met. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential risks or challenges and develop solutions. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly. Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project timelines. Monitor and enforce adherence to construction standards and company policies. Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth within the construction department.

A successful Senior Superintendent - Data Centers should have : a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically data centers or similar facilities. Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends. Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC. A strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing construction challenges. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, based on experience and qualifications. Relocation package to get to the job site. 10% travel incentive paid out in addition to bi weekly paycheck. $4,000+ monthly per diem / travel. 6% 401k Match. Project bonuses.
