Our Resident Services Coordinator will be responsible for fostering a positive living experience for our residents while managing an array of administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages survey feedback and communicates this information to relevant departments, conducts follow up contact with residents
- Monitors Franklin Park's online reputation, and addresses all online reviews
- Manages the resident retention cycle by proactively contacting residents to ensure satisfaction prior to lease expiration
- Maintains an active presence on Franklin Park's social media platforms
- Assists in Planning, organizing, and coordinating resident activity schedule
- Completes an array of office administrative duties
- Actively seeks ways to resolve issues or concerns with customer and business needs in mind

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Social media proficiency
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
