Development Assistant Job in NYC

Our client, a Non-Profit Organization in NYC is looking for a Development Associate to assist with processing donations and administrative tasks.

This role requires experience using Raiser’s Edge and will compensate between $22-28 / hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process donations and compose acknowledgement letters.
  • Maintain donor management database : Raiser’s Edge
  • Create monthly fundraising reports
  • Maintain guest lists and support for fund-raising events
  • Handle administrative tasks for leadership team

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree plus equivalent progressively responsible work experience is required.
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in a not-for-profit development office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software and Google Apps.
  • Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge

Pay Details : $ to $ per hour
