Must be 21 years of age, Must have a high school diploma. Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
Previous experience in behavioral health or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training is a plus.
Job Description :
Must understand and implement agency policy and procedures when dealing with clients. Responsible for supervision of clients on a day-to day basis.
Assist clients in their daily activities if needed. Must understand licensing and contractual requirements. Attend supervisory and management level staff meetings and participate in problem solving and decision-making, and finally, knowledge of behavioral modifications principles.
Implements and monitors client individual program plans, assesses client conditions, skilled in problem-solving, teaches daily living skills.
