Position Information

Description, Duties & Responsibilities : Assist with processing of flour milling, baking, extrusion, pasta processing and other food production activities.
Assist with sample preparation, organization and clean-up. General laboratory / pilot plant analysis and equipment / facility maintenance.
Data entry and various duties as assigned.
Requirements & Competencies : Preferred Food Science, Plant Science, Ag Biosystems and Engineering, Biology or Ag-related major.
Attention to detail, self-motivated, dependable, aware of safety procedures in laboratory setting and able to lift 50lbs.
Work Location : NCI - Fargo, ND
Hours & Schedule : Up to 20 hours / week during school year and up to 40 hours / week during summer months
