Our government solutions client is hiring an on-site Property Coordination Support Services / Compliance Specialist at $75k / year (W2) to support their office in Petaluma, CA.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing or assisting in the development or preparation of documentation for report submissions concerning the status, allocation, progress, utilization, excess, and other related issues concerning personal property.
- Perform documentation is related to compliance incidents or property management processes within assigned areas of accountability.
Qualifications :
- Previous federal government support experience.
- Experience managing multiple work-streams and projects to produce deliverable work products and communicating issues with concise and actionable input on time.
