As a Trust Associate I you'll be responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base. In addition you'll be working on day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to those clients. You'll support paying agency and transfer agency activities related to cash and transaction processing, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities include :

• Supporting day-to-day activities for cash processing and reconciliation in support of our business partners and client activities.
• Monitoring daily and intraday reports creation. Processing transfer agent and paying agent activities.
• Supporting debt service activities and working with client service teams to escalate daily activities to meet business obligations.
• Participating with technology support teams on initiatives to improve process and create efficiencies.
• Performing testing for system and process flow changes.

Requirements include :

Compensation : Hourly range for new hires is generally $33.00 for Bloomington, MN. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus / incentives earned.
