Responsibilities includebut are not limited to :
- Manage incoming calls emails and customerinquiries.
- Provide accurate information andresolve customer issues promptly.
- Update andmaintain customer records anddatabases.
- Support various administrative taskssuch as filing scheduling and officeorganization.
- Collaborate with team members toensure smooth workflow andcommunication.
- Process orders handle billinginquiries and track shipments as needed.
- Assistwith other projects and tasks as assigned bymanagement.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in afastpaced environment.
- Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word ExcelOutlook).
- Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail.
- Positive attitude andeagerness to learn.
- Ability to work bothindependently and as part of a team.
- Previouscustomer service or administrative experience is a plus but notrequired.
