We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin to join our dynamic team! In this role you will provide exceptional administrative support while delivering topnotch customer service.
No prior experience is required; we are happy to provide full training. If you are eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manage incoming calls emails and customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Update and maintain customer records and databases.
- Support various administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and office organization.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Process orders handle billing inquiries and track shipments as needed.
- Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Skills / Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
