Duties, Responsibilities & Other
Candidate will work in the Dynamics Payroll module and ADP reporting system for bi-weekly payroll processing for two financial entities.
Duties include full cycle payroll processing from time sheets to paychecks. Payment of all withholding's to the required agencies and filing or all government reporting requirements through W2's.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience performing full cycle payroll processes for large multi-state company preferred. Experience in completing and filing all federal and state reporting requirements including W2s.
Experience in making all required payments and remittances to federal and state withholding agencies. Experience in Dynamics and ADP Payroll is preferred or large data platforms a must.
- Must have a high degree of organization skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Other responsibilities include providing customer service to employees, assistance with annual budgeting, audit support, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Certified Payroll Professional certification a great plus.
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
