A highly respected local General Contractor is seeking a Construction Business Developer to join their team! This is a unique opportunity for the right person.

This contractor was founded on the principle of providing cost effective solutions, exceptional quality and outstanding customer service.

They are a full service provider of construction solutions, with years of practical onsite experience in commercial construction.

Qualifications :

  • Business development experience in the construction industry with their own book of business
  • Construction related degree is preferred, but other applicants with equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and ability to navigate job sites
  • Highly motivated, driven, outgoing and the ability to work with little supervision
  • Extensive knowledge in construction processes that aid in completing projects on time and within budget
  • Effective communication skills are a must to build and maintain client relationships
