Day To Day Responsibilities :
- Greet patients
- Answer any questions or concerns patients may have
- Utilize facility medical necessity tool to verify appropriate patient insurance coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service to physicians, family member and other medical professionals
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a health care office
