Job Description

• Candidates will oversee 8 employees in the welding department. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be willing to assist welders as needed.
• This is a working lead role. Along with supervising duties, candidates will be TIG welding stainless steel connectors.
• The role involves TIG welding on stainless steel connectors, with a variety of part sizes, including diameters from a quarter inch to 20 inches and lengths from 6 inches to 20 feet.
• Smaller, close knit shop. They take care of their people
• Organized shop, typical manufacturing weld shop environment

Pay : $34-$40 / hr

2nd shift : 2 : 30pm-1am (Mon-Thur)
