Sales Representatives - also known as Patient Liaisons - start at $14 / hr. and can increase their base pay to $17.50 / hr.
based on performance. A $1 / hr shift differential will be applied to all weekend shifts. Additionally, there is the opportunity to earn a significant monthly performance bonus if you are at the top of the charts and hitting all sales metrics (up to $3,375 for hitting 1st place in all categories + additional bonus opportunities!)

- Saturday & Sunday Shifts : 9 - 4p
- Week Night shifts : 10 - 6p
- Must have sales experience
- Must reside in the state of Florida
CannaMD provides an in-depth 60 hour paid training course as well as educational courses and certifications. Additionally, a comprehensive benefit offering is available for all full-time employees.

This position requires a reserved space within your home to work that is both private and quiet. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients looking to schedule medical appointments or ask support questions, while also actively reaching out to potential patients through outbound sales calls to book appointments or promote medical services.
Requirements :
Position Responsibilities
- Develop personal sales pitches to promote CannaMD services
- Complete outbound and inbound calls to and from patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation in Florida
- Schedule and / or rescheduling appointments and processing patient payments
- Utilize a CRM patient platform and EMR scheduling platform efficiently with minimal error
- Provide the best customer care possible to all patients
- Meet or exceeding all sales goals & expectations
- Frequently check CannaMD emails and chats promptly
- Supply patients with information on CannaMD and FL State processes, procedures, and pricing
Hard Skills
- Computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple programs, tabs, and windows with ease.
- Demonstrate understanding of basic Google applications, including but not limited to Google Chrome, Meets, Hangouts, Sheets, Docs, etc, and Zoom Video Conferencing.
Soft Skills
- Critical Thinking
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Showing empathy and compassion towards patients
- Active listening and comprehension skills are required to adhere to company policies and procedures
Additional
Have a reliable computer, headset, webcam, mobile phone, computer skills, and adequate internet speeds. Minimum download speed of 100 Mbps, and minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.
