Job Title : Manager of Revenue Cycle Management
Type : Full Time
Location : 5 days onsite Davie, Florida
Responsibilities
- Oversee AR team conducting performance reviews and building team as needed
- Work collaboratively with the finance / accounting and care operations team to optimize revenue performance, minimize denials, and ensure timely reimbursement for services rendered
- Manage the revenue cycle process, including insurance verification, coding, billing, authorization management, collections and reporting
- Create and implement policies and guidelines to ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement
- Processing claims, managing Billing, and Processing Aging claims while overseeing pay period / cycles.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze and report on revenue cycle performance to the Financial Controller and Director to identify areas for growth and optimization
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and payor policies to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related healthcare field
- 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management capacity overseeing a team
- Knowledge of Aging Claims / Accounts
- Strong Computer, analytical, and organizational skills
- 4+ years of experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
