Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Design Buildis responsible for the following
- Lead and manage design-build projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive project success.
- Oversee industrial warehouse and office space combination projects across New England, Pennsylvania, and New York.
- Ensure project compliance with design-build methodologies and practices.
- Work closely with Dan Spinney, Director of Operations, to align project objectives with business growth.
- Utilize Procore software for project management, documentation, and communication.
- Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business opportunities.
- Manage travel to project sites, with approximately 30% travel outside New England.
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Design Buildhas the following skillset
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in design-build construction.
- Expertise in managing industrial warehouse and office space projects.
- Proficiency with Procore software.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to manage projects across multiple states, with a focus on New England.
- Must be based within 45 minutes of Fitchburg, MA.
- No remote or hybrid options; on-site presence required.
