onsemi is looking for a motivated Global Account Manager in the Bay Area, located in San Jose, California. We are seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to work directly with a specific focus account, managing all account engagements and strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at key assigned customers.
- Present business plans to management and Business Units for alignment and support.
- Manage and coordinate global support through onsemi’s sales and engineering network. Understand customers' global supply-chain and 3rd party partner network.
- Develop and establish strong partner relationships with all levels of the customers' organization.
- Drive new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetration within our OEM customers.
- Work closely and support Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence, pricing and contract negotiations.
- Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.
- BSEE or equivalent technical / industry knowledge
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization.
- Must be self-starter capable of conducting assignments independently, reviewing own progress and providing on-going updates to management.
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$95,000.00 to $166,000.00exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and / or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
