Our client islooking for a Maintenance Manager to join theirteam!
JobSummary
Directs thecoordination of technical and administrative support activitiesincluding installation repair and preventative maintenance.
Ensuresadequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnelresponding to critical situations. Maintains communication withmanagement and specialists in resolving technical problems and / orbringing problems to the attention of appropriate personnel.
Selects develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficientoperation of the function.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities
- Ensures that all maintenancetasks are accomplished in a timely and efficientmanner.
- Ensures that all employeeadministrative activities are being completed properly and promptly(timecards expense reports schedules training etc.).
- Performs quality controlinspections
- Reports and supportssystemrelated issues.
- Provides daily weekly and monthlyreports of activities to the customer and / or management
- ists with equipment and systemtroubleing.
- Develop a plan to meet customerrequirements and communicate the plan tostaff.
- Manages and monitors theperformance of field support personnel
- Meets with customers and staffperiodically to maintain an understanding of service issues andprogress.
- Plans and provides technicaltraining to staff and / or contract personnel to maintain proficiencyon system equipment.
- Monitors and administers companypolicies
- Plans develops implements andevaluates maintenance programs.
- Develops implements and monitorslocal administration practices
- Has ownership of all maintenanceactivities within the ignedregion
SupervisoryResponsibilities :
Manages field supportpersonnel some through subordinate supervisors. Is responsible forthe overall direction coordination and evaluation of these units.
Also directly supervises nonsupervisory employees.
Carries out supervisoryresponsibilities in accordance with the organization'spolicies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewinghiring and training employees;
planning igning and directing work;appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;addressing complaints and resolvingproblems.
