Job Description

• Lead overall project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals, identifying potential risks and providing proactive solutions.
• Manage project financials including cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor invoicing.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and contract compliance.
• Drive project schedules, prepare progress reports, and lead project meetings.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Successful track record managing projects valued at $5M+ across at least two sectors (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, residential, federal).
• Strong financial acumen with proven ability to control costs and drive project profitability.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods (GC, GMP, Design-Build).
• Solid understanding of construction documents, scheduling logic, and project risk management.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and jobsite / project management software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
