Responsibilities Assist representatives with member servicing by establishing and maintaining relationships with credit union members Conduct outbound sales or service calls and screen incoming calls for sales opportunities, notifying representatives as needed Maintain representatives' calendars and schedule appointments Monitor representatives’ books of business for sales opportunities to increase member retention Act as a resource for existing member clients by fulfilling requests when a representative is unavailable Conduct annual account reviews, service and administer (b) and accounts Act as a liaison between parties involved in the account servicing workflow Attend business-related events to promote the program Designate mutual funds as directed by the financial advisor or the member, then monitor for settlement Ensure an acceptable open queue level in the referral database by contacting referrals within 24-48 hours, tracking referral progress, providing notes and feedback Utilize the Client Relationship Database (CRM) system to build client relationships by collecting and entering accurate data such as tasks, activities, and member interactions Generate reports to assist with marketing campaigns and other marketing activities initiated from CRM data Process and submit documents into the broker-dealer system in accordance with compliance requirements Obtain the necessary documentation from the representative, member client, or broker-dealer to sustain In Good Order paperwork Collaborate with team members to promote multiple member touchpoints and a culture of integrity across business lines Cultivate a strong working relationship with credit union staff and members Maintain compliance with all applicable STIS, FINRA, SEC, State of Florida, and broker-dealer laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines Administer assigned accounts according to the established credit union and financial product guidelines Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge and remain current on required continuing education modules Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of financial services experience Series 6 FINRA registration and Florida Life Insurance License required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment) Ability to prioritize tasks, deal effectively with competing and changing priorities to meet deadlines Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized with task management Ability to analyze and resolve routine problems or situations Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, vendors, and government regulators Ability to communicate information requiring explanation or interpretation Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
