We're looking for a Mechanical HVAC Sales Executive in Riverside, CA to sell service agreements and retrofit projects to building owners and facility managers.

Responsibilities
Sell HVAC service contracts and retrofit projectsProspect new business and expand existing accountsMeet regularly with facility managers and decision-makersCreate proposals and close deals with clear ROICoordinate with service and operations teams for smooth deliveryTrack activity and results in CRMRequirements Must-Haves
3+ years of HVAC / mechanical service salesStrong local relationships with building owners or operatorsSkilled in identifying needs and building value-based solutionsBased in the Riverside area with a stable track recordExcellent communication and follow-throughNice-to-Haves
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, RTUs, and controlsExperience with retrofit or design-build projectsFamiliarity with CRM tools and pipeline reportingCompensation & Logistics
