- On a yearly basis, to meet all hospital mandatory education requirements.
- Massachusetts State License as a Registered Respiratory Therapy Technician.
- Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
- Six month, Staff Therapist experience, preferred but not required.
- Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective problem solving, team building skills, willingness to participate in the education process, both as a student and provider of education.
- Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position, as outlined in the job description available through the Human Resources department.
