- Define solution approaches and ensure alignment with business objectives and healthcare regulations.
- Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes for BA tasks and change management initiatives.
- Manage and maintain project documentation and artifacts for healthcare projects.
- Provide training on process improvements, change management, and healthcare-specific methodologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for business value improvements in healthcare operations.
