We’re looking for a motivated and fast-learning Cruise Specialist to join our renowned travel agency. If you have a love for the open seas and a knack for planning unforgettable cruise vacations, this role is perfect for you! As a Cruise Specialist , you’ll be working alongside a team of experienced travel agents, so teamwork is a must.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running, eager to learn quickly, and excited to help clients plan their dream cruise experiences.
What You'll Do : - Collaborate with a team of travel agents to book cruises for both leisure and business clients. - Research and recommend the best cruise lines, itineraries, and packages tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Manage reservations for all aspects of the trip, from cabins to shore excursions. - Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise deals, promotions, and policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has a seamless and memorable cruise experience. - Work closely with cruise lines to secure exclusive perks and upgrades for clients.
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise before or during a client’s trip. What You’ll Need : - Be a fast learner and ready to adapt quickly.
- Strong teamwork skills, as you’ll be working closely with a group of dedicated agents. - A passion for the cruise industry and a strong understanding of cruise travel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once. - Prior experience in travel or cruise booking is a plus, but not required.
