Position Title : Business Process Consultant

Position Description : Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract opportunity for Business Process Consultant with our client located in Santa Clara, CA.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define project objectives.
• Conduct thorough process analysis and mapping using tools such as Lucidchart and other diagramming software.
• Develop clear and detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and present process improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement.

Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
• Expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
• Expertise in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus.
• Experience in subscription management processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBPP, PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.

• Job Type : Contract
• Pay Rate : $78-$84 / hr.
• Location : Santa Clara, CA (Onsite).
• ITAR obligations are associated with this role, U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status under 8 U.
