Business Process Consultant

Business Process Consultant Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Process Consultant with expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams to join their dynamic team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational excellence and support organizational growth during the contract period. R esponsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and define project objectives.
• Conduct thorough process analysis and mapping using tools such as Lucidchart and other diagramming software.
• Develop clear and detailed process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation to visualize current and future state processes.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, best practices, and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate findings, and present process improvement recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of process changes, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and tools related to business process management and improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a strong focus on process analysis and improvement.
• Expertise in creating lucid and process diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN) is a plus.
• Expertise in Oracle and SAP systems is a plus.
• Experience in subscription management processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBPP, PMP, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
