Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls in a bilingual queue to assist those in immediate needResearch information in databases to resolve customer issuesDemonstrate empathy and compassion while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyRequired Qualifications and EducationMUST BE BILINGUAL SPEAKING FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISHReside and legally able to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Ability to respond within 1-2 hours of notificationMinimum commitment of 20 hours per week during peak call times
