Qualifications :
- Degree orDiploma in HospitalityManagement preferred.
- Minimum3 years hospitality experience in Hotel food and beveragemanagement.
- Previous Food & Beveragemanagement experience required.
- Knowledge ofservice cost control in F&B labor controls human relationsmaintenance andmerchandising.
