Key Responsibilities
Manage startup credit requests from application through approval, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Handle inbound leads and route them to appropriate team members based on established criteria
Maintain and optimize HubSpot workflows, assist with data analysis and reporting, and document current processes for improvement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with CRM tools for workflow management, lead routing, and data management
Process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency and documentation
Basic technical aptitude for systems and process optimization
Experience in operations coordination, customer success, or sales operations roles preferred
Background in SaaS or tech companies is advantageous
