Office Coordinator Primary duties will be those that pertain to daily office operations and complete Customer Service for outside customers and company team support.

Teamwork, positivity, good energy and constant communication are a must both within the office and with remote staff.

  • Communication : Timely responses to emails, texts, and calls are essential for smooth operations; route calls appropriately and take messages when necessary.
  • Sales Support : Enter estimates promptly, deposit checks daily, and ensure timely invoicing (within 24 hours) of completed jobs.
  • Scheduling & Documentation : Schedule customer appointments, maintain calendar accuracy, prepare daily folders for the crew, and ensure all job paperwork is complete and organized.
  • Warranty & Payment Coordination : Process warranty work, gather necessary info for reimbursement, and send personalized receipt emails to customers.
  • Team Support : Assist teammates with tasks, manage office supplies and vendor relations, and troubleshoot equipment issues while promoting excellent customer service.
