We are open for breakfast, lunch, catering, and takeaway Wednesday to Monday. Everyone who joins our team is expected to work at least one weekend day between7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
FOH staff are expected to be punctual, reliable, and team-oriented. Staff must be well-groomed, dress appropriately, and be friendly and outgoing.
The key responsibility is to engage with customers as soon as they enter and to ensure they have a true Jezabel’s experience.
Our customers are the engine that drives our business, and engaging with them in a proactive and positive manner is a critical job skill.
Other Duties Include :
- Maintaining a Welcoming Environment : Ensure a warm, inviting atmosphere for our guests.
- Greeting and Guiding Guests : Walk guests through our service steps and offerings.
- Executing Café Offerings : Prepare and serve all café items according to management’s specifications.
- Maintaining Cleanliness : Oversee the daily upkeep of the POS, FOH areas, retail displays, dining area, and restroom.
- Opening and Closing Duties : Perform all opening and closing tasks as per management’s guidelines.
- Ensuring Accurate Payments : Handle transactions and ensure all payments are accurate.
- Problem-Solving : Address customer issues promptly and report them to management as needed.
- Operating the POS : Manage the POS system, including generating accurate tickets for the kitchen and barista.
- Completing Daily Tasks : Finish daily prep lists and assigned side work efficiently.
- Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of all kitchen, café, retail, and bakery items.
- Customer Engagement : Follow up with customers to promote and sell additional products and services.
- Running Food & Table Service : Deliver food to tables and ensure excellent table service.
Compensation : Hourly, based on experience, starting at $16-$18, plus tips. We offer paid vacation, a great work environment, and opportunities for upward mobility for the right person.
