Responsibilities :
Product Delivery : Develop overall product vision, roadmap, and goals for a product or suite of products that drives improvement in business metrics that meet department, company, and end user goals.
Provide focus on scalability, quality, and compliance in product offerings. Manage technology budget across a portfolio of technologies.
Identify, track, and communicate value, including owning and tracking OKRs.
Backlog Management : Lead sponsor updates on behalf of portfolio, providing continuous transparency into backlog and tech strategy.
Articulate vision, functional and non-functional requirements to engineering leads and architects.
Stakeholder Management : Demonstrated ability to appropriately adjust communications when working with junior and at most senior levels.
Understands and exemplify The R1 Way and hold others on their team(s) responsible to do the same. Partner with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and client success to prioritize new features, lead discovery sessions, and guide product managers on grooming new features.
People Leadership : Lead high performance teams across multiple product lines to lead overall project strategy and manage product lifecycle for assigned portfolios.
Recruit and onboard new, diverse talent. Proactively work to maximize the team's efficiency, productivity, and performance.
Provide training opportunities to close gaps. Develop key talent for succession planning.
Qualifications :
- BS, BA in healthcare, business, engineering, or related field.
- At least 10 years of product and / or technology and analytics leadership experience.
- Proven management and coaching experience. Track record of identifying and delivering solutions that drive value for your organization.
- Self-starter with the ability to roll up sleeves to get things done. Willingness to travel up 5-10% of the time.
- Experience in agile product management, data model development, semantic model management, row level security management, healthcare data and associated regulations preferred.
- Demonstrated strategic mindset and understanding of business strategy in context to the greater organization.
- Exhibits an inquisitive mindset, deep curiosity that drives the desire to learn, investigate, and constantly ask "why?" and ability to break down complex technical concepts
- Positive, accountable, and inspiring leadership, showing enthusiasm and a willingness to lead and develop others.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $152,000.00 - $223,735.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
