Duties :
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support in estate planning and drafting of documents.
- Handle estate administration matters efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to trust and estate issues.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized estate plans.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing; admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience, specifically in estate planning and administration.
- Experience in institutional representation, tax law, elder law, and special needs planning is advantageous.
- Strong professional judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
- Proactive, resourceful, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education and Certifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
