Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for US GTM functions, ensuring speed and quality
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the SaaS ecosystem
Collaborate with leadership and the People Team to align hiring plans with business goals
Required Qualifications
Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or tech company
Proven track record in understanding multiple talent markets, ideally across countries
Strong sourcing and networking skills, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes
Experience with Workday or similar ATS is a plus
