JOB TITLE : Call Center Scheduler
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES :
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Schedule phone and office depositions
- Register all new patients
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION
- 2 years experience scheduling appointments and / or surgeries
- Experience with Medicare, PPO, HMO, PI, and WC preferred
- Nextgen Experience preferred / EXPERIENCE
