Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team at Bed Bath and Beyond, specifically focused on overseeing the development and enhancement of our Canadian iOS and Android app.

In this role, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization to ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience for our Canadian customers.

Your expertise in mobile app development, user experience design, and project management will be instrumental in driving the success of our digital product offerings.

Responsibilities :

Product Strategy and Roadmap :

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Bed Bath and Beyond Canadian iOS and Android app, aligned with the overall company objectives and customer needs.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify and prioritize new features, enhancements, and optimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing updates.

User Experience and Design :

Lead the user experience design efforts for the app, ensuring a seamless and intuitive interface that maximizes user engagement and conversion.

Collaborate closely with the design team to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate the product vision and drive user-centric design decisions.

Continuously monitor user feedback, conduct user testing, and leverage analytics data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the app's user experience.

Product Development and Project Management :

Define and prioritize features, functionalities, and technical requirements based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.

Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features, bug fixes, and updates.

Manage the product development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.

Data Analysis and Insights :

Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to monitor and measure key performance metrics of the Canadian app, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue generation.

Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and user behaviors that inform product optimization strategies.

Collaborate with business intelligence teams to generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms.

Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, including industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality consumer-facing digital products, preferably in the retail or e-commerce domain.

Proficiency in agile development methodologies and project management tools.

Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven product decisions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience hiring and leading diverse teams

Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, with a track record of driving successful product outcomes.

Base Pay Range : $125,000 - 150,000
