A beautiful skilled nursing facility located near Port Chester, NYis looking for an In-Service Coordinator to educate the nursing staff and run mandatory annual in-services.
Responsible for new staff orientation.
Job Description :
- Formulates, implements and evaluates policies and procedures for the facility wide in-service programs.
- Staff development, providing orientation to all new staff members.
- Conduct annual mandatory in-servicing
Qualifications :
- Must have LTC experience and thorough knowledge or state / federal regulations governing the nursing home industry.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must have New York RN license
