Office Manager responsibilities include :

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, other franchise locations and the business community
  • Direct, promote and coordinate the operations of the office
  • Improve efficiencies and help achieve the office mission and goals
  • Review and present sales metrics, marketing plans and promotional programs with employees on a regular basis
  • Take initiative and determine actions to meet goals

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college (preferred)
  • Two to five years of related supervisory experience of exempt and non-exempt personnel and / or training
  • Management and human resources experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks payroll
  • Demonstrated proactive and reactive decision-making skills
  • Outstanding relationship building and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
