Requirements :

Proven experience as a customer service representative, customer support representative, or any similar fieldExperience using both languages in a professional capacity is preferredExceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languagesAbility to craft professional emailsActive listening skills and attention to detailSolid awareness of your skillset and willingness to refer customers for help as needed
