Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager

Location(s) : San Jose, CA

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Talent Acquisition Manager to support our global hiring efforts on a temporary basis.

This role is crucial in ensuring our talent acquisition processes run smoothly.

  • This position will be primarily focused on the administrative, tactical responsibilities of day-to-day recruiting process, with some support of strategy and continuous improvement tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with a keen understanding of embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into hiring practices.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support, in close partnership with contract recruiters and coordinators, across multiple regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with the TA leader to implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our company’s vision and values.
  • Partner with hiring managers to help them through the requisition process.
  • Work to ensure all hiring practices are inclusive and equitable.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment trends and metrics to the TA leader, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions and functions.
  • Workday, Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking System experience (Workday and Smart Recruiters preferred)

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of DEI principles and their application in recruitment.
  • Experience working in the technology, semiconductor, or a similarly fast-paced and innovative industry.
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational global team.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes across multiple regions or countries, understanding of global talent markets, and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
  • Previous management experience helpful.
